Excellent customer service. I traded a lovely black Holden Caprice in for a beautiful red Holden Monaro CV8 in which I got a great deal. Although I did have a minor issue requiring a starter motor replacement soon after but the manager was extremely helpful and resolved this issue promptly and now it's just happy motoring. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a good deal and excellent after sale service. I'd give them 6 STARS OUT OF FIVE if I could.

Having just purchased a used car from Nick Burling, I would highly recommend anyone out there looking for a car, to “Give him a Burl”. Nick is a “straight, honest, up front” guy who will really look after you. I was in hospital when I learnt that my previous car had been written off by my insurance company, after an altercation with a kangaroo, (which survived by the way). I enquired about a car that Nick was holding, and he swiftly put together a contract for me, and given my predicament, promised to deliver it from his dealership in the GC to my home in Brisbane when I got out of hospital. It was a couple of weeks later that I was eventually discharged, and true to his word, the next day Nick arrived at my home with the car. The whole transaction from start to finish was so smooth and trouble free, thanks to Nick’s keen interest and empathy regarding my medical condition at the time. If you are looking for an honest reputable dealer, Nick Burling comes with my highest recommendation… Thanks again for everything Nick!

And you thought nothing could be GOOD, FAST, and CHEAP? I'm a part-time carer for my parents, and I can't live without a vehicle, not even for a day. So, when was a road accident that left me shaken, but ultimately unharmed, but with a written-off car, I had a big problem that needed to be solved fast! I immediately called Nick and discussed the cars BMG had in stock. He had one that perfectly suited my needs: an economical and luxurious, hail damaged Accord. We organised a test drive and inspection for that afternoon. Within 1.5 hours, paper's signed, rego transferred, life back to normal. I was in a beautifully maintained new vehicle that drove like a dream for a price that I'll be bragging about at the pup for the next decade. Being Uber for elderly parents, I'm constantly told by them how much they love this car more than my old one. Thank you BMG!
